Hi!

As you may or may not know by now, my name is Kate. I wish my last name were Upton, but it isn’t so. For quite some years, now, it’s Robinson.

Ups and downs

I grew up a single child and my folks kinda pampered me. And by kinda, I mean a lot. And by pampered, I mean spoilt. Then, in my teenage years, my folks ran into some money problems and I had to gradually adjust to what was available.

Going to college was one of the hardest things I ever did – my papa worked long hours and my mom, an always-busy housewife, was all by herself. All day long. Which was really hard on her – despite their age, they were still very much in love.

But leave I did, and got a part-time job to pay for my stay there. Anything to keep my dad at home, close to my mom. I used to stay up late at night, so boyfriends were pretty much out of the picture. Until I met this guy that totally stole my heart.

But then…

Fast-forward a couple of years and there you’d find me, broken inside. My life was a mess – my then-boyfriend had left me. I couldn’t work, I couldn’t study, I was… well, broken-hearted. I got so sad that, at some point, I decided to man-up and do something about it.

So i did.

And, much to my surprise, it worked like a charm! I’m now happily married to the most wonderful man I’ve ever met! How great is that, huh?

That’s when I decided I could actually help people avoid all the hardship I had to face. Because there’s really no point in coming yourself to the conclusion that you have to work hard to be in a great relationship. Not when someone can simply come out and say it.

I believe, with all my heart, that love is more than just attraction – it’s a foundation. A starting point for everything good in a relationship.

But nothing good is easy-earned. You know how they say – easy come, easy go. I learned that the hard way.

So here I am. Kate Robinson. A woman, like you, willing to help you mend your relationship.
Because more people should share the love my mom and dad have.
